Irving Berlin (1888-1989)
American composer of popular music. He wrote nearly 500 songs. Composer Jerome Kern concluded that “Irving Berlin has no place in American music—he is American music.”
Initiated in 1910 into “Munn Lodge No. 190”, New York. Life Member: December 12, 1935
