The Peachland Masonic Lodge has donated $2,500 to the Penticton Regional Hospital to support the development of the hospital’s new oncology clinic.
The organization said the donation reflects the Freemasons’ tradition of charitable giving and their commitment to improving health care.
Members of the Peachland Masonic Lodge gathered at Penticton Regional Hospital to present the cheque which will contribute to state-of-the-art equipment and enhanced patient care for those undergoing cancer treatment.
“We are honoured to be part of a project that will make such a profound difference in the lives of so many families in the South Okanagan,” said Orv Robson, a member of the Peachland Masonic Lodge.
