Anyone in need of the Freemasons’ Cancer Car program will have to make alternative arrangements for the foreseeable future.
The service has been suspended until further notice by the Canadian Cancer Society due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a voicemail message at the Freemasons of British Columbia and Yukon.
Anyone in need of transportation assistance is asked to contact patient and family counselling services at the BC Cancer Agency at 1-250-712-3963 in Kelowna.
