On March 26, some hungry families had a chance to enjoy an early Easter breakfast, complete with a special visit from the Easter Bunny himself. The Easter Bunny Breakfast event was held at the Masonic Temple Lodge #16, 9 Country Club Rd. More than 50 people attended the full breakfast, which included homemade pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, all for $8 a person. In addition, there were grab bags of candy-filled eggs for everyone, with one egg containing a winning ticket for a large Easter basket full of goodies. And of course the Easter Bunny was there taking free photos. Each family left with a 4 x 6 of their children and the bunny.
Masonic Temple Lodge #16 has been active in Cheshire since 1790. The group meets on the first and third Thursday nights of each month.
