A local guide embarked on a trip of a lifetime to Costa Rica to help save the rainforest with help from local freemasons.
Grange-over-Sands based Arthur John Brogden Lodge gave funding to Lily for an international trip planned with the Guides.
The Lodge responded with a donation of £300, which was around 10 per cent of the total cost.
