Cheshire/England – Ellesmere Port Freemasons lodges comes to the aid of retirement community
Wirral Stone Lodge has provided a defibrillator for Joan Bartlett Close.
A Freemasons lodge based in Ellesmere Port has funded a vitally needed defibrillator for retirement units in the town.
Joan Bartlett Close offers retirement units for the elderly of Ellesmere Port. The residents committee are very active and have organised many events to raise funds to purchase items for the benefit of all their community.
At present there are a number of residents with cardiac issues while others are quite elderly.
The committee have been trying to source a way in which they can provide a defibrillator as well as training for the residents so they turned to the Freemasons of Cheshire.
