London/England – Dementia Brent Community Action London Freemasons grant
A weekly “warm hub” café is being set up to help 50 elderly people living with dementia and their carers through the winter.
The Brent ‘Community Action on Dementia’ charity has been given £4,000 by London Freemasons to run weekly café sessions in Cricklewood as “a warm and welcoming space” to help reduce loneliness and isolation.
