Nearly 12 years ago, a small act of service turned into a big initiative for Caddo schools in years to come.
Caddo Masonic Lodge Three has been open for nearly 150 years in Oklahoma. Billy Pingleton, a mason who takes the lead on this annual effort, says what started as a brief backpack filling turned into something even more impactful.
