A Freemasons group has reformed after more than 80 years to donate thousands to children in Laos.
In 2017, members of the Blundell’s School Masonic Lodge met for the first time since it was founded in 1934.
The 116 members and their guests met in Blundell’s Big School; there was a reception in Ondaatje Hall and a gourmet dinner in the main dining room. The English Freemasonry reached out to the school as a means of celebrating the Tercentenary of the first Grand Lodge.
Craig Cox and his wife, Sarah, helped to get permission to run the evening from Mrs Nicola Huggett, the school’s headteacher.
