A businessman has teamed up with local freemasons to support a dog rescue and re homing charity.
Terry Christie who owns the Manor House Hotel in Haltwhistle has raised over £1,500, with the help of members of his Freemasons lodge the Duke of Connaught Lodge No 3892 for Northumberland Greyhound Rescue in Morpeth.
The Northumberland Greyhound Rescue has been a registered charity since 2004 and is run by volunteers who rescue and re-home greyhound dogs from Northumberland.
