Chard Freemasons have presented cheques of £460 each to The Alzheimer’s Society, as well as Somerset and Chard & District Riding for the Disabled.
Worshipful Brother, Martyn Millward, of Prudence and Industry Lodge, handed over the donations to charity representatives.
Mr Millward commented that he and his wife Lynne were keen to lend their support to local charities, especially those close to their own hearts.
